Raised in the Bernese Oberland, with long experience across practice, rehabilitation, teaching and research (HES-SO, University of Bern). Convinced that active therapy leads to success.

Mission
Our mission
We want you to be able to move independently and with joy again. To that end we combine therapy based on current research with plenty of time, real continuity, and support that fits your everyday life.
Approach
The body needs movement – well dosed, regular, often.
We of course offer manual therapy and aids. But our goal stays the same: that you can move on your own. Everyone finds their own way – one that brings joy. For some it's the gym, for others a dance class or a hike.
The assessment is central to us. It starts the therapy and runs through the whole treatment – planned together, step by step.
