Movement helps

Moving isn't always a miracle cure – but from our own experience and from a lot of research we know that it is often the only thing that works in the long run.

Hip hinge – balance and hip bend on one leg

We fight inactivity too: at least once a week strength training with barbells (deadlifts, squats, overhead press) and twice a week endurance – cycling, running or Nordic walking.

To guide our training we run lactate step tests: about 80 % in zone 2, and for 20 % we push a little harder. And since we're no spring chickens either, we train our balance regularly.
