Kniewerk
The squat drives the climb
Fifteen clean squats take you from the valley floor to the summit — from night into day. Not fast, but clean: deep enough, a short hold at the bottom, then come up under control.
- 1Press and hold the button, or hold the space bar — the figure goes into the squat. Let go and it stands up again.
- 2A repetition counts as clean when you reach the range you chose, hold for about a second at the bottom and come all the way up.
- 3Every three clean repetitions you reach a resting place — with what research knows about knees and loading.
